Designed and built a 3-year cash flow forecast model and monthly reporting framework for the imminent IPO, investor relations, and executive decision-making.
Data center energy solution co. (pre-revenue)
Developed a 5-year cash flow model to evaluate pricing strategies, sales channel alternatives, and required investment during the company’s hardware-to-software solution pivot as they prepared for the next fund raise.
EV battery lithium coating co. (PE joint venture startup)
Designed and built the pre-deal 3-year financial model for an R&D-stage product spinout into a PE majority-owned joint venture with a leading semiconductor partner; reconstructed COGS and financials previously embedded within a larger subsidiary.
Healthcare data analytics co. (early stage)
Built all the financial infrastructure for growing startup including a forecast showing cash and accrual P&Ls, a 5-year cash flow model to prepare for Series B fundraising, a pricing tool for the sales staff, incentive bonus plan model, and a rolling 12-month forecast for day-to-day management.
